Female Driven Ecosystem

Naples Soccer Academy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is dedicated to female youth soccer development, empowering young women both on and off the field.

Our female coaches come from diverse backgrounds, including high school players, collegiate athletes, former collegiate players, and former semi-professionals. We believe that women leading women is essential to building confidence, resilience, and leadership both in soccer and in life.

At Naples Soccer Academy, we’re not just creating athletes—we’re shaping future female leaders.

  Our coaches are uniquely positioned to offer the best training environment for young female athletes. The close age proximity between our academy players and female mentors creates an ideal setting for relatable, high-impact instruction. These female staff bring current, high-level playing experience, providing insight into modern technical skills and strategic nuances that elevate the soccer IQ of our players on the field. Additionally, our coaches’ backgrounds in elite national and semi-professional settings contribute further expertise. Their hands-on experience with top-tier training and competition ensures that every player receives guidance rooted in proven techniques and advanced game strategy, making our coaching team exceptional in fostering athletic growth and success.

At Naples Soccer Academy (NSA), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we take pride in upholding the true purpose of a nonprofit organization. Our financials are fully transparent, ensuring that every dollar you contribute is utilized responsibly and effectively.

We pledge that none of our NSA executive leadership will ever draw financial benefit from the organization. Your contributions to our General Fund are carefully allocated to retain exceptional coaching staff, provide scholarship awards, cover field and equipment expenses, and support essential administrative functions.

We stand firmly against the “Pay-to-Play” business model, believing that no young athlete’s opportunity to excel should be limited by financial barriers. Together, with your support, we can empower the next generation of female athletes and create a more inclusive and accessible future for youth soccer.
